Refund policy
No returns or refunds will be accepted on floral arrangements, foam bears, floral paper and balloon orders for any reason. Please ensure that you read the FULL item descriptions before ordering. We cannot be held responsible for failure to ensure delivery address, item color/design, etc.. is correct before order placement as it is the customer's responsibility.
Chocolates orders may be refunded IF items are expired. We make sure to maintain fresh chocolates at all times, so we will be checking order time and quality assurance reports at the time of order before any refunds are approved. Any damages caused to chocolates by mail carrier or during delivery will not be refunded as it is out of our control once item has been handed over to mail carrier/post office.
